Senior Citizens’ Social Group in Belconnen
Belconnen Seniors is group of lively and sociable people over the age of 50 who get together to have fun and learn new skills. We offer a range of activities and classes in a warm and caring environment. You can come in and have a chat over a cup of tea or coffee, or join in the activities and help yourself and others to maintain social support and foster a feeling of community and belonging.

One of the First Senior Clubs
The club was first established in 1982 and has been in Belconnen since 1985, making us one of the earliest clubs in the ACT. We started as a government facility and now we run the club ourselves which allows us to dictate the range of activities we provide. We’re always open to new ideas for classes or outings, and volunteers and new members are most welcome.

Warm and Friendly Atmosphere
Belconnen Seniors is a great place to be with a warm and friendly atmosphere and fun, caring people. We’re all in this together and as you get older it’s important to maintain social support. The best social support is with a group of likeminded people just like you. We’d love to have you join us for fun and learning, and just to try something new and have a bit of laugh. Come in for morning or afternoon tea and meet some of our members. There’s even free parking.
